Clean up translator (#1505)
* Remove unused: _removeUsedDefinitions * Remove unused: _scoreToTermFrequency * Remove unused: _getTermTagsScoreSum * Add RegexUtil * Update Translator to use RegexUtil * Update sw.js * Update tests
