Frequencies marker (#1074)
* Update japanese.js tests
* Simplify fallback/early exit
* Add overloads to furigana and furiganaPlain handlebars helper functions
* Expose unique expression/reading arrays (and subsequently counts)
* Add {frequencies} marker
